You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a refund.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or with a part missing, message us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full. You do not need to send the item back.

Changed your mind

If you just do not want it, message us within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. We will send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by you. We refund the item price once the return arrives.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
